Ken Poupart
Ken Poupart is senior partner, having joined the partnership 24 years ago. Leaving school at 16, he joined a Bognor Regis firm of solicitors (not S&B) as a junior clerk. After 6 years of invaluable experience he spent 12 years in Local Government first with Crawley Borough Council and then with Chichester City Council, which became part of Chichester District Council in 1974. Qualifying as a solicitor in 1977, private practice still held an appeal, and he joined S&B in 1980. He has wide experience in non-contentious work of all desciptions, and qualified as a Notary Public in 1993.
