Paul Fleming
Paul graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a Bachelor's Law degree in 1980 and the London Guildhall University with a Master's degree in Business Law in 1987. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1990. After moving to Southampton from London he worked for two south coast firms before joining Staffurth and Bray.
Paul is the firm's Managing Partner and heads the Civil Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in personal injury claims, commercial litigation cases, employment law and property disputes, both as an advisor and advocate. He handles complex legal issues and court appearances.
Paul is acknowledged by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Senior Litigator and therefore one of the UK's leading personal injury specialists.
