Richard Rich
Richard is a Senior Litigator and has in excess of 20 years claims handling experience and is employed by Staffurth as their Personal Injury Claims Manager.
Richard was previously employed by a local, larger Personal Injury Practice, in a senior position. Ultimately, and with the common practice of paying for Personal Injury claims, he decided it was time to work for a more traditional firm where the referrals were secured direct from clients and not through ‘marketing middlemen.'
His caseload portfolio is entirely Personal Injury based and is very diverse. Richard deals predominantly with Clinical Negligence, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Slips and Trips, and Road Traffic type claims.
Richard has introduced ‘No Win - No Fee' arrangements to the Firm which prove very attractive to 95% of clients no matter what their financial situation. Where ever possible, and certainly in 95% plus of accepted cases, Richard insists that the client will not pay a penny ‘win or lose.'
