Most people are concerned over legal costs. We understand this and offer our clients real help in controlling them!
First, in certain matters we will advise you if qualify for public funding and how to obtain it.
Second, where possible we help you avoid going to court through negotiation.
Third, we will always inform you of the basis of our charges for any course of action.
Fourth, in some areas of work (e.g. for conveyancing) we will give you a fixed quotation on request; where it is impossible to give you a quotation we will work to your budget limit agreed with us, and advise you when the limit has been reached. In this way you remain in control of what you spend.
